Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower from Quindío, Colombia. Before focusing on his own farms, he spent over 40 years as a mill manager for one of Colombia’s largest exporters, developing deep expertise in quality and processing.
Since retiring in 2019, Jairo has worked closely with his sons, Carlos and Felipe, to refine harvesting and processing methods and expand into specialty varieties like Pink Bourbon, Java, Papayo, and Gesha. The result is clean, expressive coffees with standout flavor clarity.
Family-run and detail-driven, Jairo’s coffees reflect generations of experience paired with modern specialty practices.
The Colombia coffee was decaffeinated by Swiss Water Process using clean, pure water.
That means for all you late night coffee drinkers you can still have decaf without sacrificing the taste of it!
